Certified Master Personal Coach
I believe that we as humanity fight the same “battle” in life….. the “attack” has been delivered and received in unique and individual ways. Consider a few of the many ways in which this assault could be launched upon us:
· Abuse – neglect, emotional, physical, and sexual
· Addiction – food, drugs, alcohol, pornography, and technology
· Depression, mental illness, low self-esteem, feelings of
abandonment and rejection
· Health issues, both chronic and acute
· Divorce and shattered dreams, or the loneliness that might haunt us
if we have never had
the opportunity to find and marry someone we love deeply
· The heartbreak of infertility, or the devastation of feeling alienated in
a parent/child
relationship
· The death of deeply loved and cherished family members or friends
· Physical trauma that completely re-defines one’s sense of self
The number of ways the “battle” can show up in our lives is endless. Our individual struggles contain their own specific challenges, emotions, and stories. However, there are some universal truths that can be applied to each conflict that will help us to become resilient and to rise above the challenge.

TESTIMONIALS:
"My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Coach Debbie Kelly. She is insightful, humorous and compassionate. Her love is palpable and our family has benefited greatly because of her ability to reach into our hearts and pull out the very best in us! She mentored our children on a regular basis before we were lucky enough to be coached by her ourselves. What a delightful difference we feel as parents, now that we know how to approach our children without feeling like a failure before we even begin. The fear is gone and the love is flowing! Thank you Debbie, for helping us see parenting as fun, enjoyable and rewarding instead of scary, overwhelming and difficult."

"Oh My!!! I can’t believe the change I have experienced over the past three months of coaching with Coach Debbie! I see things totally different than I did before. I used to be SO critical of everyone. I was offended easily and read something nefarious into everything that happened! I learned WHY I was re-acting so badly, and I learned how to change that behavior. Life is more peaceful (WAY less drama) and my relationships with others are smooth sailing instead of always in an uproar! When there IS an issue, I actually have the skills to DEAL with it instead of just blowing up over it! Thanks Coach Debbie!"

"Having just gone through a painful and bitter divorce, I was feeling betrayed and without hope for any future that included a loving and trust-filled relationship. Being mentored by Debbie helped to put the pieces of my heart back together and to reclaim the truth that I am not only of value, but that I can trust the path that I find myself on. I have learned that working from the inside out is the only way to find peace and love and acceptance. I am hopeful about my future because I have the tools necessary to create the life that I desire. My new perceptions will create the future I dream of. " - Katie L Chicago, IL
"I was injured in a skiing accident several years ago which left me with severe motor skill impairment. Although I have seen some improvement through Physical and Occupational Therapy, the emotional effects seemed to be getting worse. My usual active and athletic life had been dramatically altered and I found myself becoming more and more depressed and resigned to live a life I could not accept. Going through the coaching process with Coach Debbie gave me such a needed lift, in terms of seeing myself from a different but powerful perspective that I had somehow missed. I believe I will continue to improve physically, but I am confident that whatever the end result, I will live a full and meaningful life because of my new understanding and perception modification. "

"Since the death of my husband a little more than 2 years ago, I have found it more and more difficult to find any happiness in my day-to-day life. I went through grief counseling and gained some great friends and felt a wonderful support system and I learned about the process necessary to move through grief. However, I felt like I needed to learn more about acceptance and healing. I heard Debbie Kelly speak at a meeting I happened to be at and immediately felt as if she had the compassion and insight to help me. Spending those hours with her each week as I learned new skills and was able to articulate my feelings of loss and grief were more beneficial than I can begin to express. Many thanks for the exact assistance I needed at this point in my life."

"I struggle with an addiction to tobacco. I have tried so many programs to quit smoking and with each failed attempt, my self-esteem took a hit which made it even more difficult to try to once again quit. As I went into this coaching program, I was not looking to find another system to quit smoking. I was hoping to find some kind of proof that I wasn’t a lost soul who simply was not worth saving. I was so disgusted with myself for not having the willpower and self-control to overcome such a horrible habit. Not once did Coach Debbie ever make smoking an issue in our sessions. I learned to accept myself, trust that I was learning some important lessons, and began to understand that I can be of assistance to others because of my own weakness. I still have not quit smoking (YET!), but I finally feel strong and hopeful and confident that I have the ability to choose the end of this story. Thank you for not judging and for giving me cause to believe in myself. "
